Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 September 2026
This policy explains what YULOGO collects when you visit yulogo.com, request a demo, or use our textile ERP products — and how we use that information.
Who we are
YULOGO (Tirupur, India) builds connected operating software for textile and apparel manufacturers. For privacy questions, email enquiries@yulogo.com.
What we collect
- Enquiry and demo forms — name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp, unit or project type, and the message you send.
- Website chat — messages you type in the on-site assistant, plus basic technical context needed to reply (language preference, approximate region when available).
- Usage analytics — if Google Analytics 4 is enabled, aggregated page views and events. We do not sell personal data.
- Product / hosted systems — operational data you or your organisation enter when using YULOGO (lots, production, billing, users). That data is processed under your customer agreement, not this marketing-site policy alone.
How we use it
- Respond to demos, support and project enquiries
- Improve the website, assistant and product messaging
- Secure the service and prevent abuse
- Meet legal or accounting obligations when required
Sharing
We use infrastructure and delivery providers (hosting, email, analytics) only as needed to run the site and reply to you. We do not sell enquiry lists. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Retention & security
Enquiry records are kept so we can follow up and improve service. Where configured, lead data is encrypted at rest. Access is limited to people who need it to respond. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we take reasonable technical and organisational measures.
Your choices
Email us to request access, correction or deletion of enquiry data we hold about you, or to opt out of non-essential follow-up. Product account data is managed with your organisation's admin.
Changes
We may update this page as the product or law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
