Garment ERP

Garment ERP Software for Manufacturing Units

Garment ERP software holds a buyer order together: fabric and trims, the cut, the lines, finishing, the cartons and the invoice. Yulogo keeps size-wise quantities on that order so the margin you review is the one you quoted.

Where garment orders quietly lose money

Fabric is cut for a quantity the line never finishes. Trims are issued twice. Rejection is argued after the shipment. The invoice matches the packing list, and neither matches the cut. Garment manufacturing software that only shows a Gantt chart does not catch that.

Features

Each feature is a place an order can drift if it lives in a different file.

  • Buyer orders and style-wise quantities
  • Fabric and trim inventory with a BOM
  • Cutting, stitching and finishing WIP
  • Size-wise production and rejection
  • QC before packing
  • Packing and delivery against the order
  • Job work to outside stitching or printing units
  • Order costing and profit or loss
  • Billing from dispatched cartons

The factory workflow

Yulogo follows the order through the departments a garment unit already has. Upstream fabric can arrive from your own knitting and dyeing, or from a supplier.

Material

Fabric inward and trim purchase sit against the order. Issue to cutting reduces stock. A shortage shows up before the line is waiting.

Make

Cut, stitch and finish quantities are size-wise. Pending quantity is what the buyer is still owed, not a single total that hides a missing size.

Ship and cost

QC, packing and delivery update the same order. Fabric, trims, wages and rework roll into order cost so the invoice can be compared with what it actually took to make.

Benefits

Merchandisers answer a buyer with the stage the order is in. The owner sees which styles consumed more fabric than the BOM. Accounts raises the invoice from cartons that left, not from a sheet rebuilt on the weekend.

Frequently asked questions

What is garment ERP software?

It connects the buyer order to materials, cutting, stitching, finishing, packing, delivery and cost. Yulogo garment ERP is that chain, including job work and billing, not a standalone payroll or accounts tool.

Does it suit export units and smaller factories?

Yes. Exporters usually need size-wise WIP, packing and a shipment that matches the invoice. Smaller units adopt it when fabric issue and line output have started to disagree. The modules you switch on follow the order, not the size of the building.

Can fabric come from our own knitting or dyeing?

Yes. Lots produced in knitting ERP or dyed in dyeing ERP can move into the garment order without a fresh stock entry, when you run those modules together.

How is this different from garment manufacturing software?

Garment manufacturing software is the production system — lines, WIP, quality. Garment ERP software adds inventory, costing, delivery and accounts on the same orders. Search either phrase and you are looking at the same Yulogo garment product, described from the angle you buy it.
