Yulogo AI

AI for Manufacturing That Works on Real Factory Records

AI for manufacturing is worth buying when it shortens a question the owner already asks: where is this lot, what did this batch cost, which document is still unposted. Yulogo builds that layer on production, stock and billing data — including textile ERP when the factory is a mill, a dye house or a garment unit.

What it changes for your business

  • 01

    Faster answers

A manager can ask about a lot, a machine or an outstanding bill and get the figure from the system, not from three phone calls.

  • 02

    Inward paperwork that posts

Challans and invoices become stock and payables with a person checking the exceptions.

  • 03

Reports without a weekend in Excel

Daily production, pending work and loss can be assembled from the same records the floor entered.

  • 04

    No pretend autonomy

AI does not run the machines. It reads, summarises, flags and drafts. People still approve money and dispatch.

Manufacturing uses we implement

Scoped to data you already capture. We do not invent a sensor programme you have not asked for.

  • OCR for inward, purchase and job-work documents
  • Questions over production, stock and orders
  • Exception alerts for pending quantity and delayed lots
  • Draft reports for owners and merchandisers
  • Voice queries where the floor will actually use them
  • ERP integration so the answer matches the books
  • Textile-specific flows: yarn, batches, shades, job work
  • A clear list of what the assistant must not change

How it works in practice

  • Lot status

    1. Owner asks where a lot is
    2. System checks stages
    3. Pending step is named
    4. Person acts
  • Inward document

    1. Challan photo
    2. Party and kg read
    3. Lot opened in ERP
    4. Store confirms

Start from the operating system, then add AI

An assistant that is not tied to production and stock will invent a confident wrong answer. For textile units we connect AI to Yulogo textile ERP. For other factories we integrate with the ERP or custom software you run, or we build the missing manufacturing software first.

Who this is for

Owners and plant heads who already feel the gap between the floor and the office. If the books, the stock and the production report disagree, fix that spine before you add a chat box. We will say that in the first conversation.

How we deliver

Milestones with a working demo at each step. You always know what’s done, what’s next and what it costs.

Frequently asked questions

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Is AI for manufacturing the same as textile ERP?

No. Textile ERP is the system of record for lots, production, stock and billing. AI for manufacturing reads that record, captures documents into it, and drafts answers. You can run the ERP without the AI layer.

Can you build manufacturing software that is not textile?

Yes. Custom manufacturing software — inventory, job cards, costing, approvals — is part of our software practice. Textile is where we also ship a product, because we work inside that industry every week.

Will AI control machines?

Not in the work we sell today. We automate documents, questions, alerts and reports. Machine control is a different safety problem and we do not claim it.

How do we see it on our data?

Book a demo. For textile, we walk a lot through knitting or dyeing. For other plants, we use a sample of your documents and the questions your team asks every morning.

Book a demo on your factory questions

Bring the report you rebuild by hand and one document the office retypes. We will show what AI should do and what the ERP must hold first.
